With a focus on the upper body and core, this 6-week series will progressively teach you the skills necessary to take a Yogasana Level 2 class, including an introduction to Head Stand, Hand Stand, Forearm Stand and Upward Bow Pose. It requires at least 1 year of study in the Iyengar method.
