Teacher Training
Yogasana Center in Brooklyn runs a 2-year advanced studies/teacher training program, of which I am Associate Director. We began our current training in the Spring of 2010. Our next training will begin in 2012. To learn more about the training, go here.
One-On-One Yoga Teacher Support
I’ve enjoyed the process of working with new and seasoned teachers so much that I am currently offering private sessions specifically geared towards offering support for teachers. Put my eleven plus years of teaching and more than 10,000 classroom hours to work for you:
• Deepen your understanding of the principles behind sequencing profound and transformative classes
• Explore the application of the philosophical principles of yoga to the classroom
• Hone your practical skills of demonstration, verbal instruction and adjustment
• Learn how to use props concisely, effectively and creatively
• Receive support dealing with the unique issues teachers of yoga face on a daily basis
• Learn how to take care of yourself more effectively as you teach others
Teacher support sessions can happen in person at the conveniently accessible Yogasana Center in Brooklyn (Manhattan location coming soon), or over the phone.

One-hour Teacher Support Sessions:
$100 - single one-hour session
$275 - 3 pack
$450 - 5 pack
$850 - 10 pack
Teacher Support Session Policies:
• Payments may be made by Credit Card via PayPal, above, or by personal check.
• Credit card payments must be made via PayPal at the time of booking. Payments by personal check may be made at the time of the session.
• Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of scheduled session will be charged in full.
• Cancellations more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to a scheduled session pre-paid by credit card will receive a refund or credit towards a future session.
