Welcome to my website. I teach yoga based in the Iyengar tradition at a number of locations in the New York City area. To find out more about my schedule, go here. I also run a website, Yoga: Art+Science, filled with information about the philosophy and techniques of yoga. Yogasana Center in Brooklyn runs a 2-year advanced studies/teacher training program, of which I am Associate Director. We plan on offering a new training beginning in Spring 2010. TEACHER TRAINING UPDATE: A new session of our 2-year program will be starting in April of this year. Check back for more information or contact Kristen Davis at Yogasana Center.
SCHEDULE CHANGE: Back by polar demand! Starting in March, I will once again be teaching a Level 3 class on Wednesday nights at Yogasana Center in Brooklyn, starting at 5:30PM.

LOCATION CHANGE: Yogasana Center has moved to a fabulous new location, just 3 blocks away from the old space. The new address is 118 Third Avenue (at Wyckoff/St. Marks) in Brooklyn. The schedule remains the same.
